The machine slitting bar is equipped with a pneumatic lifting of a slitting bar, a belt drive of the cutting machine and the own motor-driven cutting machine. An operator controls separate functions of the device from the control panel (slitting, lifting, grinding). Along with the machine slitting bar and the laying table it forms a mechanized unit of the laying line. The clamping bar is adjustable lenghtwise the whole table which enables to change of lenght position within a table lenght. The bar lifting is pneumatic.
